I came into social media after my professional sports career. For many years, I competed as part of the Kazakhstan National Team, dedicating myself fully to training and performance.
When I decided to finish my athletic career, I knew I needed to find something new that would inspire me just as much — something I could dedicate my energy and passion to. Social media became that path.
For me, it is essential to always have a mission, a purpose that drives me forward. Today, through content creation, fitness, and lifestyle, I've found a way to share my knowledge, inspire others, and continue building a meaningful journey beyond sports.
Beyond fitness, I am deeply committed to animal welfare — actively raising awareness and supporting volunteers, especially in countries where the treatment of animals still requires significant change.
